Examination : CT Scan of Brain (Plain) with 3DCT Face
Findings:
Brain:
Both cerebral hemispheres are normal.
The cerebellum & brainstem appears normal.The ventricular system and cisterns are normal.
No evidence of bleed or intracranial space occupying lesion,No shift of midline structures.
XRay - ABDOMEN STANDING - Help
Face:
The bilateral orbital contents and the globes appear normal. No obvious fracture or intra-orbital foreign body is seen.
There is minimal posttraumatic subcutaneous soft thickening in the left periorbital region.
Visualized paranasal sinuses are unremarkable except for features of sinusitis.
Nasal bones, pterygoid plates, mandible, skull base, zygomatic bones, maxilla, hard palate and hyoid bones are unremarkable with no obvious fracture.
Conclusion:
No significant abnormality detected in brain parenchyma.
No evidence of intracranial hemorrhage.
Minimal posttraumatic subcutaneous soft thickening in the left periorbital region.
No obvious fracture in calvarium, skull base and face bones.
